Yes. We deliver to mainland France and the other 26 countries of the European Union. In France, delivery is free on orders from €35 (€3.90 below that); it is charged at €4.90 in the rest of the European Union. We do not deliver outside of these destinations.

Our night lights are designed and selected for use in a child's bedroom with complete peace of mind, in compliance with current electrical safety standards. As with any electrical appliance, we recommend keeping the cord out of the reach of very young children and never using it near water.

Our night lights are USB powered: they can be plugged into any phone charger, a USB power strip, or a wall adapter with a USB port. No batteries to buy, no batteries to replace.

Yes. All our night lights are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity, as provided for by French law: in the event of a defect, we will cover the repair, replacement, or refund. You also benefit from a 30-day money-back guarantee, with no justification required.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. To return a product, contact us at contact@halume.fr indicating your order number; we will provide you with the procedure to follow. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, in accordance with the law. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
