Terms of Service
Effective as of October 6, 2026
These terms govern the use of the halume.fr website: browsing it, opening an account, and what is permitted to be done with it.
They do not govern sales. Everything related to an order—price, payment, delivery, withdrawal, warranties, refunds—is covered by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In the event of a discrepancy between the two documents regarding a sale, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail.

The publisher reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that is clearly unlawful, off-topic, or contrary to these GTCU. It does not modify or delete a review solely because it is unfavorable.
